Oklahoma City, OK- Financial Assistance for Healthcare Training Programs
MedNoc Training College continues to expand access to career-focused healthcare education by offering one of the most comprehensive and flexible financial assistance frameworks available to vocational students in Oklahoma.
As workforce demand for skilled healthcare professionals grows, MedNoc Training College has reaffirmed its commitment to affordability, equity, and student success through a wide range of payment options, sponsorship pathways, scholarships, and zero-interest financing solutions.
Zero-Interest In-House Payment Plan
MedNoc offers an in-house, zero-interest payment plan that allows eligible students to spread tuition and fee payments over scheduled installments without added cost or interest. Payment plans are established at enrollment, approved by the Admissions Office, and require timely payments to remain in good standing. This option is designed to remove financial barriers while allowing students to begin training immediately.
Train Now, Pay Later Options
To further support students who need flexible financing, MedNoc partners with nationally recognized third-party financial providers, including Afterpay, Affirm, and Klarna. These “pay later” options allow qualifying students to enroll and start their programs while making payments over time under provider-specific terms. Approval decisions, interest rates, and fees are determined directly by the financial institution. Once approved, students submit payment through their MedNoc Student Account.
Workforce and Community-Based Funding
Eligible students may seek tuition assistance through Oklahoma Workforce programs by applying at their local workforce office. Funding eligibility, award amounts, and approvals are determined solely by the Workforce agency. MedNoc also supports students sponsored through Indian Tribes, Native American programs, and organizations such as the Urban United Indian Council. Sponsored students are required to meet academic standards and, when applicable, sign an Academic Information Release Waiver to allow progress reporting to the sponsoring agency.
Scholarships, Discounts, and Tuition Waivers
MedNoc Training College awards institutional scholarships to qualified students based on financial need, academic performance, work ethic, alumni status, or qualifying family relationships with MTC employees. Applicants must meet at least two criteria and submit a comprehensive three-page essay outlining personal background, community impact, and a five-year plan. Scholarship decisions are reviewed within 60 days, with final approval by the President of MedNoc Training College.
In addition, MedNoc offers tuition discounts through merit-based opportunities, promotional offers, and returning student incentives. Returning students who have completed at least 50 clock hours and earned certification may qualify for discounts of up to ten percent, not to exceed $100. Tuition waivers may also be granted in limited, pre-approved circumstances tied to scholarships or institutional authorization.
Employer and Healthcare Facility Sponsorships
Healthcare employers and facilities may sponsor employees or prospective hires for training at MedNoc. Sponsorship arrangements may include direct tuition coverage, group discounts, or workforce-aligned agreements. Privately owned healthcare organizations sponsoring five or more students within a single cohort may qualify for a ten percent tuition discount per student, subject to approval and enrollment confirmation.
Multiple Payment Methods for Convenience
To ensure maximum accessibility, MedNoc accepts a wide range of payment methods, including debit and credit cards, ACH and bank transfers, Zelle, Cash App, personal and business checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders. Cash payments are not accepted for security reasons, and students without checks are encouraged to use affordable money orders available through USPS, Walmart, banks, grocery stores, and money transfer locations.
In-Person and Mail Payment Options
Students who prefer to pay in person or by mail may do so at MedNoc’s Oklahoma City campus:
