MedNoc Training College offers an in-house zero-interest payment plan to help students manage tuition affordability without incurring additional financial burden. This payment plan allows eligible students to make scheduled installment payments toward tuition and fees at no extra cost or interest. Payment plan terms are established at enrollment, must be approved by the Admissions Office, and require timely payments to remain in good standing.

MedNoc Scholarships

MedNoc Training College awards scholarships to qualified students based on demonstrated financial need, academic excellence, work ethic, alumni status, or qualifying family relationships with MTC employees. Applicants must meet at least two established scholarship criteria and submit a comprehensive three-page essay outlining personal background, reasons for seeking assistance, anticipated community impact, and a five-year plan. Scholarship applications are reviewed by the Scholarship Committee within 60 days, with final approval granted by the President of MTC.

MedNoc Tuition Discounts

MTC offers tuition discounts through scholarships, promotional offers, and merit-based opportunities as determined by the institution. Discounts are applied to tuition only and do not cover fees or materials unless explicitly stated. Only one tuition discount or promotional offer may be applied at a time, and when multiple discounts are available, the highest eligible discount will be awarded. Details on current tuition discounts are published on the official MTC website.

Returning Student Tuition Discounts

Returning students who have successfully completed a program of at least 50 clock hours at MTC and earned state or national certification may qualify for a tuition discount of up to ten percent (10%), not to exceed $100.00. This discount applies only to self-sponsored students or those sponsored by immediate family members and is applied upon successful completion of the returning program. Courses taken solely as prerequisites are not eligible. Practical Nursing students who previously completed CNA, HHA, CMA, or similar programs may qualify for a maximum discount of $100.00.

MedNoc Tuition Waiver

Tuition waivers may be granted in limited circumstances as approved by MTC administration and are typically tied to scholarships, special institutional approvals, or qualifying internal eligibility conditions. Tuition waivers apply only to tuition costs and do not cover fees, textbooks, uniforms, or certification expenses unless specifically authorized in writing.

Complete Your Training Program Now – Pay Later Financial Assistance (Afterpay, Affirm & Klarna)

MedNoc Training College partners with third-party financial service providers, including Afterpay, Affirm, and Klarna, to offer “Pay Later” options for qualifying students. These plans allow students to enroll and begin training while spreading tuition payments over time according to provider terms. These financing options are managed directly by the financial institution, may include interest or fees, and are subject to approval based on the provider’s criteria.

Oklahoma Workforce Funding (Workforce Partnership)

Eligible students may seek tuition assistance through Oklahoma Workforce programs by applying at their local workforce office. Workforce funding decisions, eligibility determination, and award amounts are made by the Workforce agency and are not guaranteed by MTC. Students approved for Workforce sponsorship must comply with all program participation and academic requirements as outlined by the funding agency.

Indian Tribes / Native American Sponsorships

Students who are enrolled members of federally recognized Indian or Native American tribes are encouraged to contact their tribal education or workforce offices to explore available sponsorship opportunities. Tribal funding approval is determined solely by the tribe. Sponsored students are required to sign an Academic Information Release Waiver permitting MTC to share academic progress reports with the sponsoring tribe.

Urban United Indian Council Assistance

Eligible students may apply for educational assistance through the Urban United Indian Council or similar Native American support organizations. Approval, funding amounts, and eligibility requirements are determined by the assisting agency. Sponsored students must maintain satisfactory academic progress to continue receiving support.

Healthcare Employer-Sponsored Program Training and Education

Healthcare employers may sponsor employees or prospective hires for training at MedNoc Training College. Employer-sponsored students must sign an Academic Information Release Waiver allowing MTC to report attendance and academic progress to the sponsoring organization. Continued sponsorship may be contingent on satisfactory academic performance and adherence to employer requirements.

Sponsorships from Healthcare Companies and Facilities

Healthcare organizations and facilities may provide direct sponsorship for students enrolled in select programs aligned with workforce needs. Sponsorship arrangements are governed by agreements between the employer, sponsoring entity, and MTC, and funding limitations vary by sponsor. Academic performance requirements apply.

Healthcare Facilities and Company Tuition Discounts

Privately owned healthcare companies sponsoring five (5) or more students within a single cohort are eligible to receive a ten percent (10%) tuition discount per sponsored student. This discount applies strictly to tuition and excludes all other fees, supplies, or certification expenses. Group discounts require prior approval and confirmation of cohort enrollment.
