Student Termination & Readmission

Student Termination Policy:

1. A student can withdraw from the program during the course and receive a refund, as detailed in the Student Handbook and on the school website.
2. To withdraw or cancel enrollment, students must submit written notice by 11:59 PM to the College Director at info@mednoc.com for proper refund calculations.
3. To receive entitled refunds, students must must submit written notice by 11:59 PM to the College Director at info@mednoc.com for proper refund calculations.
4. MedNoc Training College may withdraw, dismiss, or terminate a student’s enrollment from a program for just cause as outlined in the Student Handbook. Reasons include:
        (a) Unsatisfactory academic performance.
        (b) Inadequate attendance, such as missing classes or tardiness.
        (c) Nonpayment of tuition and fees.
        (d) Failure to return from an authorized leave of absence as expected.
        (e) Behavioral and disciplinary issues.
        (f) Non-compliance with policies in the Practical Nursing Student Handbook.
        (g) Failure to adhere to MedNoc Training College policies as outlined in course syllabi or the Student Handbook.
5. The student shall receive one verbal warning, one written warning, and a dismissal letter.
6. Only the College Director or President can terminate a student’s enrollment.

Readmission:

1. A student who was previously enrolled in any program at MedNoc Training College but did not complete the training program due to documented unavoidable circumstances is eligible for readmission into upcoming or subsequent classes.
2. To qualify for readmission, the student must provide documentation demonstrating extreme and unavoidable circumstances that prevented completion of the training. They must also submit a new application, enrollment agreement, other required forms, and fees.
3. The student must have been in good academic standing before discontinuing attendance to qualify for readmission. Students who withdrew or were dismissed from a program due to documented disciplinary issues are not eligible for readmission.
4. Students who fail the Oklahoma State Certification or National Certification examinations, exceeding the allowed number of retests without further training, may reapply and enroll in their previous program at MedNoc Training College or apply and enroll in a different program. Students reapplying to a program they were previously enrolled in must wait a minimum of 30 days from their last test date. Students applying to a different program do not have to wait 30 days but must meet with the Lead Instructor for academic advisement before enrolling.
5. Students whose enrollment was discontinued due to unsatisfactory academic progress may reapply and enroll in the same program or a different one after a 30-day waiting period. They must also meet with the lead instructor for academic advisement before enrolling.
6. Students terminated from any program due to unsatisfactory academic performance or repeated failure of certification exams beyond allowed attempts must submit a new application and enrollment agreement. They must also pay new tuition and fees to enroll in any program.
7. All readmission must be approved by the School Director.
8. Students returning from an authorized leave of absence do not need to reapply for readmission or submit new fees if their return date meets the policy guidelines outlined in the Leave of Absence Policy.
9. Students returning from an authorized leave of absence are not required to submit new payments.
